5 Coffee Tool Must Haves

We don't need any of that fancy expensive equipment to brew ourselves a cup of coffee at home! Coffee tools are totally affordable and can help with coffee lovers that love that precision. The small details can really make a difference in your cup.

Tamping coffee is important for those who want to have their coffee compressed so water doesn't flow too freely. They come in many different shapes and sizes depending on your machine.

2. Knock Box

This is a small waste basket to collect your used coffee grounds. Its great for those who like to use coffee grounds for other purposes such as a body scrub!

3. Thermometer

It's hard to just eye the temperature of your milk. Especially for beginners, steaming milk is quite a challenge to get the perfect temperature. The ideal temperature is about 150°F - 155°F. Going over that will ruin the milk

4. Scales

Scales are very important for precision! Instead of eyeing your coffee out, weighing it can help make that perfect coffee because of the perfect ratio of coffee and water when brewing.

5. Bottomless Portafilter

Bottomless Portafilters allow you to watch the whole extraction of your espresso shot. It's actually kind of mesmerizing to me. I love watching the whole process of an espresso shot.

Of course, these are just handy tools to make your coffee taste better! This list is just a personal fave for my coffee tools!
