We all know and love this drink, but what makes a cappuccino and cappuccino?
History of Cappuccino
Here is a fun fact about cappuccinos, it was actually named after Capuchin Friars in the 1500's! The color of espresso mixed with frothed milk was the same shade as the robes that they wear. The name then stuck with the drink and it was used throughout Europe then spread around the globe. This is the only drink that is not named after the process on how it is made.

To make a cappuccino, you will need 3 things:

First you pour in the espresso shot at the bottom of the cup. Then you add the steamed milk. Then to top it all off, the milk foam! The espresso shot, steamed milk, and foam milk should be all equal!
